Issuance of medical reports is one of the most important tasks in the medical industry. Medical reports in the past take days before they can be issued to the patients. eMedyx Emergency Smart Card EMR System Report Generator helped physicians in issuing report by generating html report into a PDF report.

We propose an approach to easily make a random terrain using three algorithms. These algorithms are Midpoint Displacement, Fault Formation and Perlin Noise.
